Our Super Rugby columnist Angus Watt returns with his best bets for the televised action on Saturday...

"There is no shame in defeat away at the Hurricanes and, prior to that game, the Chiefs had been in a rich vein of form. They've named a powerful team who I think will wear down the Reds."

After shooting out of the blocks, the Reds' points tally has plateaued after three successive defeats. Worryingly, the side that took them to pieces last week, the Waratahs, drew a blank in attack today against the Lions. What does this say of the Reds' defence?

In attack, they've looked devoid of ideas of late. Samu Kerevi is a shining light in an otherwise disappointing backline.

There is no shame in defeat away at the Hurricanes and, prior to that game, the Chiefs had been in a rich vein of form. They've named a powerful team who I think will wear down the Reds. If the Reds do become fatigued, the Chiefs' bench is packed full of quality with the likes of Liam Messam, Brad Weber and Marty McKenzie all named.

If you're swung by head-to-head records, the Chiefs have covered this cap in their last three games against the Reds.
