Ragtime Storm (T3) has been in cracking form since late autumn and may well be the answer. A multiple winner at Harlow/Central Park, the daughter of Good News has the bit firmly between her teeth at present, and whilst not excelling on the clock in a recent C&D trial over the 575-metre trip she can have that effort marked up having been forced to check late on. There's plenty more to come around here and, with sound claims of leading up the middle, we're hopeful she can dictate early and get the better of what may be a protracted dual with Sweet Pear (T6).

Swift Raisin (Trap 2) - 19:36 Romford

In a race lacking depth, Yarmouth raider Swift Raisin (T2) can make the breakthrough at open class level. A classy sort, the son of Eden The Kid arrives here in top form, going down only narrowly last time and dipping under the 28-second barrier in the process on home-soil. There doesn't appear a great deal of early pace around him and we're hopeful he can quickly assume control.

Antigua Socks (Trap 1) - 20:54 Romford

Antigua Socks (T1) boasts a 50% strike rate around Romford and is fancied to enhance his impressive C.V. Mark Wallis' charge, who boasts four victories from his last five starts over C&D, may have to bide his time initially with Scala Omeara (T2) likely to be blazing the trail on his immediate outside. However, we're hopeful Antigua Socks can be on the coat-tails of that rival by the second bend (looks well housed as the sole railer) and announce his presence on proceedings from halfway.
