Timeform on Chopchop Rainbow

Timeform pick out the best bets at Kinsley and Romford on Friday.

Coolhill Secret (Trap 6) - 13:36 Kinsley

Coolhill Secret (T6) arrives on the back of creditable runner-up efforts and gets our vote to resume winning ways. Beaten in a fast time for the grade on her latest outing seven days ago, this contest lacks anywhere near the same depth. Well housed as the sole wide seed, Mark Siddall's contender could well trap best and make a bold front-running bid out wide.

Jeopardy James (Trap 2) - 19:18 Romford

Jeopardy James (T2) hasn't been seen to anything like best effect on each of his last two outings and he gets our nod to come out on top. Having made a steady rise up the graded ladder, Paul Youngs' charge hasn't fared at all badly on the clock, despite meeting with trouble-in-running the last twice. Drawn inside an inexperienced rival, we're hopeful he can trap fast and boss matters from his inside pitch.

Chopchop Rainbow (Trap 4) - 20:38 Romford

Chopchop Rainbow (T4) has been in tremendous form of late and can supplement last week's impressive semi-final victory and bag top honours. The son of Laughill Blake is well served by the demands of Romford's two-bend trip (3-3 over this C&D) and we're hopeful he can hold the inside line and hold off fellow heat winner Bang On Harry (T6).
