The strong feeling is that granted a clear run, he's capable of making his mark at A5 level and with a couple of modest starters on his flanks, Slippy Scott is fancied to lead up on the inside in the 14:36 contest.
LYIN EYES (Trap 2) - 15:09 Sheffield
LYIN EYES has complied a very solid record in the last few months, winning four times since July, and a closer look at last week's runner-up effort suggests she had a very tough task with an unusual one for the grade. There hopefully isn't another big improver lurking in the 15:09 so a return to winning ways for Lyin Eyes is on the cards.
COMER LOGAN (Trap 2) - 15:44 Sheffield
It's never easy translating form from different tracks, but COMER LOGAN looks potentially well-in on his exploits at Yarmouth. He found only one too good in this A5 grade on debut at Sheffield and, while last week's effort was underwhelming, he's well worth another chance in the 15:44 contest.
