Brannans Fawn (Trap 1) - 17.22 Newcastle

BRANNANS FAWN's (Trap 1, 17.22) losing run is mounting up, but the grade he now operates in reflects that and, following much brighter signs when finishing second four days ago, he may well be up to building on that turned out quickly. Holding both Traps 2 and 6 on that line of form, his main objective is avoiding scrimmaging around the opening couple of bends but if doing so, we're hopeful of a bold showing.

Hashtagthatlldo (Trap 4) - 18.41 Yarmouth

Following a spell on the side lines, HASHTAGTHATLLDO (Trap 4, 18.41) returned with a success last month and, to his credit more than confirmed himself in rude health when runner-up in this class of A2 seven days ago, that despite a stumble/crowding on the run up. Boasting all-round pace, the son of Droopys Sydney has more than enough ability to play a lead role at this level and granted his share of luck-in-running, he's expected to play a leading role.
