The Sheffield Stadium 500m Standard takes place at 21.01 and local raider SWIFT WOOF (Trap 2) is fancied to come out on top. An easy winner in A1 company on his penultimate start, he again ran well despite a less-than-ideal passage when runner-up in the top heat 10 days ago. Getting handy from trap-rise at the very least rates a distinct possibility and if emerging out of the first 2 bends unscathed, he can put his vast track knowledge to good use.
