He won twice in the space of a week in July, coming from last to first for an impressive success on the second occasion, and lost little caste in defeat behind an improver from his litter last week. He's good enough to strike at this level.

GEORGE HENRY (Trap 5) - 20:27 Sheffield

GEORGE HENRY quickly drops in grade after last week's respectable run in an A5 and this looks a good opportunity for him to capitalise. He earned a last-gasp A6 victory at the start of the month and wasn't beaten far by an up-and-coming bitch who was value for extra last week. This is an easier opening and he's primed to strike.

THE OTHER REX (Trap 6) - 21:49 Sheffield

THE OTHER REX hasn't had much luck this year, but could be ready to make up for lost time judged on last week's A2 victory. He saw off a well-backed kennelmate on that occasion having enjoyed a clear run from his wide berth and further Sheffield glory looks assured.
