Timeform highlight three selections from Romford on Friday evening.
Derby Loch (Trap 3) - 19:18 Romford
Derby Loch (T3) is fancied to put his recent course knowledge to good use and come out on top. His penultimate C&D second was a good effort and, in truth, he faced a stiff task behind the red-hot Alaskan Dawn next time. Tonight's affair doesn't look particularly strong and Pat Janssens' charge really ought to be getting off the mark.
Kilara Sapphire (Trap 1) - 20:38 Romford
Kilara Sapphire (T1) was a model of consistency prior to making a deserved breakthrough in open company seven days ago, turning second around the opening couple of bends but clearing away in most taking fashion for a four-and-a-quarter-length success. That performance highlighted she has the bit firmly between her teeth and she can turn handy on the rails and assume control from halfway.
Alaskan Dawn (Trap 2) - 21:12 Romford
Alaskan Dawn (T2) is low-mileage for a May '18 whelp but connections' patience is clearly paying dividends. The son of Confident Rankin is improving with each run over C&D and came from mid-pack to register a comfortable three-and-a-quarter-length success seven days ago. His make-up in blue looks a good one once more, in between two slow starters, and Heather Dimmock's charge can take this on his way to better things.
