6.00 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Median Auction 1m25y

Timeform Top Rated:
97p 1. LETHAL STEPS G. M. Lyons C. T. Keane
96p 5. PAINTING PICTURES Mrs J. Harrington C. O'Donoghue
88 4. AMENETTE Joseph Patrick O'Brien Donnacha O'Brien

Analyst's Verdict:
The manner in which Painting Pictures forged clear on her Roscommon debut suggests this step up to 1m should be right up her street and she's preferred to Leopardstown winner Lethal Steps in what could develop into a match between the pair.

6.30 International Hotel Handicap 1m25y

Timeform Top Rated:
92 4. MR ORMSBY Ms Sheila Lavery R. P. Whelan
91+ 12. CAIRDIUIL I. Madden Pat Smullen
91 14. PATH OF SILVER Richard Brabazon D. E. Sheehy (7)

Analyst's Verdict:
Allegio posted an improved effort when third on his Tipperary handicap debut last month and is selected to build on that and get off the mark under Seamie Heffernan. Settle For Red was just in front of the selection last time and should figure again. The hat-trick seeking Path of Silver and former C&D winner Ruler of France complete the shortlist.

7.00 Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Cairn Rouge Stakes (Listed) 1m25y

Timeform Top Rated:
112 4. ASKING Aidan O'Brien Miss A. O'Brien
107 6. DRUMFAD BAY Mrs J. Harrington C. O'Donoghue
106p 10. PETTICOAT M. Halford Shane Foley

Analyst's Verdict:
Asking would have gone closer in Group 3 company last time had she got the gaps sooner and is probably the one to beat. Mick Halford's Petticoat didn't quite get home over 1¼m last time and is a possible big threat back down in trip, while Drumfad Bay didn't fire at Royal Ascot last time but finished runner-up twice at this level prior to that.

7.30 Dermot O'Leary Flesk Restaurant Memorial Handicap 1m3f10y

Timeform Top Rated:
78 12. WEIGHTFORDAVE Noel Meade Oisin James Orr (5)
77 5. SILAS R W. T. Farrell William James Lee
76+ 7. LUCCA Jarlath P. Fahey R. P. Whelan

Analyst's Verdict:
Weightfordave has cost backers plenty but caught the eye in no uncertain terms at Fairyhouse last time, tanking through the race in first-time cheekpieces. He could finally open his account if building on that here under a promising claimer. Tipperary-winner Lucca should go well again, while Silas R has claims if returning in the same form as when he was last seen when second at Navan.

8.00 Thanks For The Memories Colm The Gooch Cooper Maiden Hurdle 2½m

Timeform Top Rated:
128p 3. LINE OUT John E. Kiely A. E. Lynch
127 4. SHARPS CHOICE W. P. Mullins R. Walsh
123p 5. SPARKY STOWAWAY Thomas Mullins D. J. Mullins

Analyst's Verdict:
There's potentially better to come from Line Out, who surely would've finished a good closer than he did when fourth at Gowran last time had he negotiated his hurdles with greater fluency. He proved on that occasion that this trip is within his range and the 5-y-o gets the nod ahead of the Willie Mullins-trained Sharps Choice and likely improver Sparky Stowaway.

8.30 Irish Examiner Handicap Hurdle 2½m

Timeform Top Rated:
118 17. WHOYAKODDING G. Ahern P. Townend
117 4. CALIFORNIA SOUL Denis Hogan D. G. Hogan
116 13. MARSHIM W. Power Sean Flanagan

Analyst's Verdict:
Whoyakodding was just behind California Soul at Gowran last month, but he is taken to turn the table on that rival back up in trip here. It should again be close between them, though, and Pleased As Punch, who figures on a potentially handy mark at present, also needs considering. Ardera Cross, Lizzies Champ and Marshim all boast each-way claims.

9.00 Killarney Racegoers Club Mares I.N.H. Flat 2m1f

Timeform Top Rated:
114p 2. LAOCH LIAM Peter Fahey Ms K. Walsh
113p 4. SAPPHIRE LADY W. P. Mullins Mr P. W. Mullins
112 3. LIKE AN OPEN BOOK John Michael Burke Mr J. M. Burke (7)

Analyst's Verdict:
All 4 of the previous winners can have cases made for them, but Sapphire Lady is probably the one to be on having impressed when making a successful debut at Ballinrobe for Willie Mullins. Laoch Liam gets the vote for the forecast.
