Timeform pick out three bets from Chelmsford on Wednesday...
"A promising filly who is in excellent hands, she starts out in handicaps from what looks a fair mark..."
Timeform on Hermosita
I'll Have Another was strong in the betting and proved yet another juvenile from her yard to show plenty first time up at Redcar two weeks ago, sticking to her task well and only losing out to one who had the benefit of previous experience. She looks sure to improve with that initial outing under belt and would appear to hold sound claims of going one better for the Franny Norton/Mark Johnston combination here, with the extra furlong also expected to suit. Kahina and Ventura Glory look the pick of the newcomers and can give the selection most to do.
Hermosita was suited by the extra furlong (probably fitter for her return as well) and showed improved form to take her record to two wins from three starts at Redcar last month, staying on strongly to land the odds in good style. A promising filly who is in excellent hands, she starts out in handicaps from what looks a fair mark, 4 lb clear of the field on weight-adjusted ratings, and is a confident selection as she attempts to add another win to her tally. Crossing The Line and Homeopathic head the list of dangers in a warm heat.
Dive For Gold left his debut form well behind to get off the mark at Salisbury last time, much sharper second time up and, in turn, getting a head start on the green runner-up. He looks just the type to carry on improving, for all that he had things very much in his favour last time out, and should prove a tough nut to crack for the John Gosden yard that has an impressive 24% strike rate with its runners at Chelmsford. The form of Court of Justice's run at Ascot last September has worked out well and he looks best of the rest ahead of Ace Ventura.
