To call Kalasam a dog is me being kind
14:10 Newmarket - LAY - Kalasam (Forecast 2.74)
Today's race is a class 5 handicap for apprentice jockey's. Kalasam is forecast as the short priced favourite. To call Kalasam a dog is me being kind, the horse is an absolute swine and lacks talent. Just 1 win from 14 race's is testament to that and he was unplaced on his 2 previous visit's to Newmarket. He is a 3yo taking on his elder's and giving them weight, 9-13 is the most weight he has ever carried and he look's out of his depth in this race.
It's been just 3 day's since he last ran and this race should come too soon, this will also be his 5th race in a month which is bound to take effect on a pathetic cretin like Kalasam. He look's held by the handicapper from today's mark of 72 as on the 7 previous occasion's he has ran from a mark of 70+ he has been beaten.
The trainer has a woeful 3% strike rate at the track and the jockey is yet to ride a winner here.
It's a competitive handicap with many runners holding a chance and I will be laying the useless swine Kalasam.
