Betfair Ambassador Ryan Moore returns to Ireland on Sunday for five rides including the return of Royal Ascot winner Sioux Nation...
"He stepped up massively for me when winning the Norfolk on the far side last time and the step back up to 6f won't be an issue. Hopefully, he can take off again, form-wise."
14:30 - Mendelssohn
He obviously needed the run and experience a lot on his debut, and Aidan's 2yos can come on a ton for their first runs. We have seen that time and again this season. He is clearly a very well-related Scat Daddy, and I think you can reasonably expect a much more accomplished display in this 1m maiden.
15:00 - Sizzling
There's nothing that isn't obvious to say, is there? She has already shown a level of ability that entitles her to be winning a maiden like this, but you never know what you are bumping into in these races.
15:35 - Sioux Nation
I wouldn't be surprised if any of Aidan's four in here won - or indeed Beckford - but I had to stay loyal to a Royal Ascot winner, he stepped up massively for me when winning the Norfolk on the far side last time and the step back up to 6f won't be an issue. Hopefully, he can take off again, form-wise.
16:10 - Washington DC
Once again, Aidan has three winnable options in here. Washington DC is normally the model of consistency in these Group races but he failed to fire in the King's Stand for some reason, although he ran okay in first-time blinkers at Goodwood recently and has finished second in all three of his starts here. If he runs to form, he shouldn't be far away.
17:10 - Auckland
I rode him when he won his maiden on fast ground earlier in the season. He looks to have done well in all of his starts since, and conditions will suit. It's just a matter of whether his mark of 87 is what he is. I hope it isn't.
