13:55 - It took a while to get MUSTASHRY (5) back to the track this term but he's set to make up for lost time based on his Chelmsford handicap success last week, recording an impressive timefigure and value for much more than the half-length winning margin suggests. He can take the step up in class in his stride and record another win returned to turf. 2015 winner Mondialiste is likely to make bold bid to continue David O'Meara's excellent recent run in this race, while Sovereign Debt is also respected despite conceding weight all round.
14:25 - Several to consider in this ultra-competitive handicap. The pick of them could be NORTHWEST FRONTIER (19), who just failed to win at Thirsk this month and the son of Galileo is expected to improve now faced with a stiffer test. INTELLECT (7) gave his rivals a hammering at Newbury though, and is another who needs keeping on side. He has been raised 12 lb for that nine-length success, but this will just be his fourth career start, and with this longer trip expected to suit, he also holds solid claims.
15:00 - HEADWAY (5) was presumably unsuited by very testing conditions when behind the reopposing Nebo in the Richmond Stakes at Glorious Goodwood earlier this month, and is well worth another chance to show he's one of the best 6f juveniles around and provide William Haggas with a third winner in this race since 2010. Invincible Army leaves the impression he has more to give, paying for a big move into contention from a less-than-ideal position in the Molecomb last time, and he looks the biggest danger.
15:35 - Another brilliant renewal in store, but the one who makes most appeal is TOP TUG (9), who won in good style over this trip at Goodwood in May and he shaped much better than the result at Ascot last time. He did well to finish as close as he did from his position, proving that he is in the best form of his career at present. However, given the unexposed profile of FLYMETOTHESTARS (16), it would be folly to ignore his claims. This will be his first run on turf, but granted the ground doesn't dry out too much, the switch to grass shouldn't inconvenience him and he has a leading chance on form and remains open to improvement.
16:10 - TO WAFIJ (8) shapes as though he would benefit from a step up to 6f, but the son of Kodiac isn't short of speed and he looks the one to be on having finished third to the smart Havana Grey on his last two starts. He remains with potential for better still, and should appreciate the return to likely faster ground. Bengali Boys landed the Super Sprint in good style and he has to be feared, while Elizabeth Darcy should be on the premises and Pursuing The Dream makes each-way appeal.
16:40 - KHAIRAAT (1), UAE PRINCE (8) and Baydar all suffered interference caused by Dark Red in a handicap at Goodwood meeting earlier this month and could be the ones to focus on, with preference for the first two named. Khairaat bounced right back to form and looked to be coming with a winning run from a less-than-ideal position until meeting interference and he will remain of interest on that basis. UAE Prince, on the other hand, was ridden with much more restraint that usual, and needs marking up with that in mind. He also met with interference, having to weave his way through but hampered in the final furlong, leaving the impression he too should have more to offer.
17:15 - PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH (14) quickly got back on track when third at Leicester last time and, with a strong pace likely to ensue here, he could be the answer off the same mark. The in-form Batten The Hatches is feared most ahead of Carlton Frankie, who will be a danger to all if able to bounce back, and the hat-trick seeking Holmeswood.
