Timeform take you through the card at Wincanton on Sunday...
"The stiffer test of stamina will be in his favour here and he looks sure to give another good account..."
Timeform on Mighty Leader
13:00 - DOVILS DATE (3) is on a very appealing mark considering his stable has hit a hot streak, so he's worth chancing to get right back on his game after showing signs of a resurgence when last seen. Hereford-winner Arty Campbell should mount a strong challenge if in the same form.
13:35 - PONTRESINA (4) ran creditably when runner-up on his return at Warwick earlier this month and would have gone closer but for bungling the last hurdle; he can open his account in this second leg of the Placepot. C&D winner Stradivarius Davis rates the principal danger.
14:10 - DARLING MALTAIX (1) showed himself to be a fair performer over hurdles, despite refusing settle on more than one occasion, and he posted one of his better efforts when last seen here in May, staying on strongly to be beaten just a length and a quarter in third. The longer trip he encounters this afternoon should suit on that evidence and he is fancied to make the perfect start to his chasing career after a breathing operation, in a race that trainer Paul Nicholls knows how to win (won two of the last four renewals).
14:45 - MIGHTY LEADER (3) resumed winning ways back over fences at Perth last time, finding plenty on the run-in - having appeared to be struggling badly on the home turn (still stone last three out) - and ultimately well on top at the finish. The stiffer test of stamina will be in his favour here and he looks sure to give another good account, still potentially well treated from just 4 lb higher and representing a yard that rarely sends only one runner to a meeting for the sake of it (£19.44 level stakes profit).
15:20 - RHYTHM IS A DANCER (2) looked a nice prospect when making all in an Exeter bumper in the spring, winning by eight lengths, and this appeals as a good opportunity for him to get off the mark over hurdles at the first attempt. Foxtrot Juliet could be the one to follow him home, although Some Day Soon would be a big danger in the battle for minor honours if turning up after Cheltenham.
15:55 - TEASER (5) was just about the best of these on the Flat and has joined a powerful yard, so could be the way to go in a weak event to round out proceedings in today's Placepot. Cheeky Rascal looks best of the rest.
16:30 - COTTON CLUB (3) is on a fair opening mark and took a firm step back in the right direction on his first start for a new yard on the Flat last time. He makes most appeal in the finale as a result, with Volpone Jelois and Magical Thomas feared most, given that a hard race nine days ago could have taken its toll on Mick Thonic.
