Timeform pick out their three best bets from Chelmsford and Newcastle on Wednesday...
"...she was much superior to her rivals..."
Timeform on Ideological
Windy Guest - 18:30 Chelmsford
Windy Guest has shown much improved form since switched to nurseries on the all-weather, only narrowly beaten by a subsequent winner at Kempton last month before running out a convincing winner over 6f here last time. The way he cruised into the lead that day and powered clear suggests he is well ahead of his mark, and a subsequent 9 lb rise in the weights won't be enough to prevent the follow up if in anywhere near the same form. Reticent Angel and Magical Duchess may give him most to think about.
Ideological - 19:45 Newcastle
Ideological made plenty of appeal on paper, and did well to come off a slow pace when making a winning debut at Kempton last month, getting off to a winning start in smooth fashion. Admittedly, that wasn't the strongest race of its type, but she was much superior to her rivals, a falsely-run race masking her full superiority, still plenty to do three furlongs out, but well on top at the finish. There should be plenty more to come now and she is taken to follow up under a penalty. Archies Lad ran his best race to date last time and could prove the biggest danger, while Trolius also created a good impression when making a winning debut at Wolverhampton this month.
Panmolle - 20:45 Newcastle
Panmolle was sent off at odds-on for her debut at Lingfield last month, and shaped with an abundance of promise, beaten only by a rival with more experience. Out of a half-sister to the top-class Kingman, Panmolle is bred to be at least useful, and there should be plenty more to come on just her second start, having left the impression she would almost certainly come on for her debut run. She hails from an excellent stable and should prove too strong for the likes of Stealth Fighter, who pulled clear of the remainder when beaten only by an equally progressive type at Kempton last time.
