Timeform pick out three bets from Greyville on Wednesday...
"She has only had the six starts including a win here over a mile on the all-weather..."
Captain Cobalt - 10:30 (GMT) Greyville
Captain Cobalt looked a winner waiting to happen when third to Lucky Veil here on the polytrack in early-November when less than two lengths off the winner, but found a seventh furlong a step too far last time out here on the grass. Dropped back to five furlongs now, the son of Captain Al will hopefully be allowed to bowl along in front this morning and if that is the case, he should prove very hard to catch.
Prince Of Promise - 11:00 (GMT) Greyville
Prince Of Promise showed some serious improvement last time out when stepped up to seven furlongs and running on strongly to be beaten a length and a half at the line, suggesting the mile this afternoon could yet prove to be ideal. He does need to reverse January form with Supa Mufti, but is lightly raced and a late learner by the look of things, and if Doug Campbell improves him any further, then Prince of Promise can with this with ease.
Kilmokea - 14:05 (GMT) Greyville
Kilmokea looks a spot of value in this contest and may not need to find much or any improvement on her last effort when sixth here on the polytrack, but beaten just over a length at the line in a blanket finish over five furlongs. A daughter of Kildonan in training with Robbie Hill, she has only had the six starts including a win here over a mile on the all-weather, and has a lot more to offer over the months and years ahead, and Kilmokea can run a huge race here off the same handicap mark over an even more suitable trip.
