Timeform's US team pick out the best bets on Wednesday.
"Thunder Clan looks attractively priced at 4.5 on the Morning Line in the eighth race (01.34 GMT) at Mountaineer."
The eighth race (20.10 GMT) at Tampa Bay doesn't look especially competitive and it's something of a surprise to see Queenie's Song as long as 4 in the advance betting. Kellyn Gorder's charge probably needed her first run since September when just touched off here on her reappearance, but that was a decent return nonetheless and if she returns to anything like the form that she was in last year when with Graham Motion then she should win readily.
Just the six runners go to post for the second race (20.52 GMT) at Turf Paradise and while the favourite Can't Get Enough is respected, we're keen on the chances of Mojumbo. Mike Anderson's gelding is at the top of his game right now, winning two of his last three races, and had little trouble last time with the drop back to today's trip of a mile having won over ten furlongs two starts previously. Anything around the forecast 4.5 would be acceptable.
Thunder Clan looks attractively priced at 4.5 on the Morning Line in the eighth race (01.34 GMT) at Mountaineer. This is an easier race than those the selection has been contesting recently at Charles Town and the return to a mile will be in her favour too given that her four wins have all come at seven furlongs or more and her most recent races have been at six and a half furlongs. Forecast favourite Unbridled Ella looks on the short side at 2.8 but the better play is probably a back of Thunder Clan.
