Timeform's US team pick out Tuesday's leading fancies.
"In the last race at Mountaineer (03:04 BST) there looks to be some value in laying forecast favourite Bea’s Treasure."
There doesn't look to be a great deal of early pace in the third race (23:15 BST) at Presque Isle Downs and that makes likely front runner Ft. Deposit an attractive proposition at the forecast 4. A regular winner over the course and distance, Ft. Deposit was third at Keeneland in April before running his best race yet when scoring here last time despite being taken on for the lead. The company here is a bit warmer, but Ft. Deposit still has more to give on the surface and rates a confident selection.
Niemi Says No looks a decent bet to make a winning return to turf in the third race at Mountaineer (00:46 BST). The son of Dehere won a maiden at Indiana last year the last time he was in this sort of grade, since when admittedly he has been unsuccessful, but the four races he has had in that period were interspersed by an absence of seven months and all against much better company than this. Niemi Says No will have been sharpened up by his latest sixth at Churchill Downs on the dirt and the drop to five furlongs is another positive.
In the last race at Mountaineer (03:04 BST) there looks to be some value in laying forecast favourite Bea's Treasure. A win and two second places in similar company on his last two starts suggests that he's going to be thereabouts, but there are several others in the race with equally good claims and there are enough potential front runners capable of taking him on to make him a lay at the forecast 3.5.
