Timeform's US team have found two backs and a lay for you on Friday...
Seawatch (Woodbine race 6, 20:39 BST) appears to be at his best when his stamina is brought into play, and he looks vulnerable over an extended mile distance that seems to be an absolute minimum requirement nowadays. Throw in the fact that this race doesn't look like unfolding at a particularly strong pace, and Seawatch has a vulnerable look to him. His forecast price is 3.0, but he would be a lay at anything around 4.0.
It could be worth taking a chance on Total Accounting in race 7 at Woodbine (21:10 BST). His overall profile is a little patchy, but at his best he is more than good enough to take this type of race, and goes first-off-the-claim for trainer Norman McKnight, who excels with new acquisitions. There does appear to be plenty of pace in this race, and it is possible that Total Accounting might get caught up in a speed duel, but at the likely odds, he's worth chancing.
The usually-consistent Rock the Red turned in a rare poor effort last time out, but is taken to get back on track in race 2 at Charles Town (00:29 BST). Rock the Red has been given a short break since that disappointing effort, and his fast work over the track a few weeks ago suggests that he's ready to bounce back to form, another plus being that he has produced decent runs when fresh in the past.
