Timeform pick out their three best bets from Bangor on Tuesday...
"He arrives here off the same mark this time around, and gets a confident vote to go one better."
Timeform on Notonebuttwo
Captain Simon - Bangor 14:40
Captain Simon finally showed some meaningful form over hurdles when finishing second on the back of a 147-day break at Southwell last time, beaten only by an Irish gamble on the day. He's bred to be useful (half-brother to useful hurdler/chaser Slieveardagh), and it would be no surprise should he now get on a roll for the Dan Skelton team. Flying Verse should again be a factor, while Turtle Cask now finds himself back on his last winning mark.
Notonebuttwo - Bangor 15:15
Notonebuttwo admittedly isn't the most reliable runner in training, but he has made a positive start to life at the Sue Smith yard, only beaten by one well ahead of his mark at Hexham last time out. He arrives here off the same mark this time around, and gets a confident vote to go one better. Diamond Rock and Seven Devils are feared most in an open contest.
Tel'art - Bangor 16:20
Whilst the market will require several checks throughout the day in the run-up to the finale, Tel'art makes plenty of appeal. He's one of just two in this with previous experience, and that was a fairly encouraging start, when fifth at Warwick and just found wanting for experience late on. He gets the vote to score, though market support for the likes of Present Chief, Epalo de La Thinte or Heresthething would put a slightly different slant on things.
