There is Flat racing from Ireland on Tuesday

Timeform pick out three bets from Ballinrobe on Tuesday.

Les Arceaux - 18:20 Ballinrobe

Les Arceaux built on his reappearance promise when winning with plenty in hand at Gowran earlier this month and a subsequent 6 lb rise may underestimate him. Still lightly raced, he ought to improve further, and makes plenty appeal in an otherwise open handicap. Misty Mountain was an improved second in this headgear at Cork last time and rates an obvious threat, while Claregate Street has been placed on both starts in handicaps in recent weeks and is also likely to be thereabouts again.

Time Dee - 19:20 Ballinrobe

Time Dee showed he's up to winning a race of this nature when making an encouraging return at Gowran in April and, though he failed to build on that at Roscommon since, he remains one to be interested in. This looks a fair maiden, but the step up in trip is expected to suit Time Dee down to the ground, and he also has the best form on offer, so is fancied to deservedly open his account. Strong market support for the Dermot Weld newcomer Neptune would clearly bring him into the reckoning, while it also wouldn't be a surprise to see Squire's Tale leave last autumn's debut behind.

Creeping Ivy - 20:25 Ballinrobe

Creeping Ivy was steadily progressive in middle distance handicaps on the Flat when last seen winning back-to-back contests at Dundalk in the autumn. She has been rather underwhelming in maiden hurdles since, but she remains open to improvement back on the Flat, and still looks attractively handicapped. Little Stampy and Nanabad can also play a part.
