Timeform pick out three bets from Vaal on Tuesday.
Ice Art - Vaal 12:20
Ice Art brings the best form to the table by some way after her debut fourth here over C&D was followed by a much improved half length second to No More Words over this trip at Turffontein on the Inner track. Perfidia was third that day and won easily on Sunday, giving the form a solid look to it, and if Ice Art continues to improve as seems likely, then Mike Azzie's filly should come home alone.
Dalley - Vaal 15:20
Dalley showed the benefit of a run over this course and distance when winning by a very easy three lengths last month from Peg O' My Heart in a race that is working out well, with the seventh winning since and plenty of decent places coming from the also rans. Previous places over shorter show the daughter of Ideal World has both speed and stamina when called upon, while trainer Lucky Houdalakis will have her tuned up to the minute, which should be enough to see Dalley follow up this afternoon.
Sess - Vaal 15:55
Sess looks to have the most consistent form on offer in this maiden and can make that tell despite the large field. He holds Artificio, Mister Lister, and Hello on recent form and was a good second to Defy Gravity here over course and distance last month (the third has won since), and even a repeat of that may be good enough to see Sess get off of the mark today making it a very good day for top trainer Mike Azzie.
