Turf Paradise race 4 (GMT 21:00) - Conticinio

Conticinio has finished well held in his two starts this year, but he'd been in good form in the second half of 2015, winning three times, and tonight's race looks to represent a drop in class. He's fancied to grab the early lead and stay there, with the other prominent racer, Silvanus, tipped to complete the forecast.

Turf Paradise race 6 (GMT 22:00) - Boss Carl

Three-year-old Boss Carl has only made four starts (all here) and has finished placed on his last two, forced to make his challenge wide when a close third to Poppin' Tags and best of the rest behind easy winner Nightly News. With Trust Santiago, Indestructible and Scat City all likely to make an early charge for the lead, Boss Carl could find himself well positioned behind them.

Turf Paradise race 7 (22:30) - Swiss Idol

Swiss Idol has been running in some better races of late and should appreciate the drop in grade here, having won a similar event at Northlands Park last February (which was her fifth success in the space of six races). She should be able to slot in behind speed horses J P Rocker and Saturdaynitelites.
