There is Grade 1 action from Saratoga tonight and Timeform's US team have picked out three bets...
"The form of both his debut win at Keeneland and stakes win at Belmont have worked out well..."
Delaware race 3 (19:15 BST) - Sea Raven
Empress Hatshepsut looks a dubious favourite in the third race at Delaware and My Cousin Fay looks to hold better claims. The favourite is consistent enough but is fully exposed whereas the selection is less consistent but capable of a higher level of form. A below-form second on the synthetic surface at Presque Isle last time, anything like a return to the form of her runs before that at Tampa and Monmouth will be good enough.
Saratoga race 9 (22:32 BST) - Cocked And Loaded
Cocked And Loaded looks something of a standout on form in the G3 Sanford Stakes at Saratoga and can maintain his winning record. The form of both his debut win at Keeneland and stakes win at Belmont have worked out well, not least the latter where he and the runner-up finished 4 lengths clear. There are a number of promising youngsters in opposition, among whom Twirling Cinnamon could be the most dangerous after overcoming a horrid run to win on debut at Churchill.
Saratoga race 10 (23:07 BST) - Tepin
My Miss Sophia has been installed as forecast favourite for the highlight at Saratoga, the G1 Diana Stakes over nine furlongs, but it's a while since she ran to the sort of figure required to win a race like this and Tepin looks a better alternative. Mark Casse's filly, winner of the G1 Just a Game Stakes at Belmont last time, has been one of the success stories of the year improving out of all recognition and she looks to have been underestimated once again by the oddsmakers.
Race 3 Delaware (19.15 BST) win back #6 MY COUSIN FAY at 3.0 or longer
Race 9 Saratoga (22.32 BST) win back #8 COCKED AND LOADED at 4.0 or longer
Race 10 Saratoga (23.07 BST) win back #1 TEPIN at 4.4 or longer
