Timeform pick out their three best bets from Parx on Monday...

#1 Whistling Birds - Parx R6 (19:40 GMT)

Whistling Birds hasn't won since opening his account in February, but he didn't get the best run when two wide throughout over 7f here last time, and is probably in better form than his recent form figures suggest. Intrepid Spirit and Wise Jude are feared most.

#1 Rumor Ridge - Parx R8 (20:34 GMT)

Rumor Ridge arrives in good form, finishing placed on both starts since recording her third career win over 7f here in September. This looks open, but Rumor Ridge is consistent and seems sure to be involved. Wishful Quality and Zira make most appeal of the remainder.

#7 Four Seasons Girl - Parx R9 (21:01 GMT)

This doesn't look the strongest race of its type and Four Seasons Girl is taken to make a winning start. She makes appeal on paper and won't have to run to too high of a level to make a winning debut. Fellow newcomer A Ring Thing and The Color Gray are also considered.
