Timeform's US team bring you three bets from Saratoga tonight...
"It is probably fair to say that she generally performed below expectations following an extremely impressive maiden win at Kempton last year..."
Saratoga race 1 (18:00 BST) - Sea Raven
Sea Raven made a premature move into a contested pace last time, and this C&D winner should go close with a more patient ride. Beyond Empire was poor in Dubai during the winter, but has returned better than ever in the US, while Groupthink is in fine form and has to enter calculations.
Saratoga race 7 (21:21 BST) - Lahinch Classics
Lahinch Classics has been well below the form she showed for previous trainer David Wachman in two US starts so far, but is worth one more chance to show she is still capable of running to a decent level. In an open contest, plenty can be given chances, not least Dynazar and Treve's half-sister Trophee.
Saratoga race 9 (22:29 BST) - Jellicle Ball
Another ex-European-trained filly worth backing is Jellicle Ball in a weak-looking G2 contest. It is probably fair to say that she generally performed below expectations following an extremely impressive maiden win at Kempton last year, but new trainer Graham Motion is an expert with this kind of import and may well find the key to her.
