There is racing from Ludlow on Wednesday

Timeform pick out three bets from Wednesday's UK racing.

Skipthecuddles - 15:15 Doncaster

Given that he is from the family of Grand National winner Numbersixvalverde, Skipthecuddles should be well suited by the step up to three miles here for his handicap debut. After finishing a good second on his hurdling debut at Hereford in January, he didn't strictly need to improve to land a similar race at Wetherby earlier this month, but with his yard still in excellent form, he is well worth sticking with here as he steps up in trip here.

Dino Velvet - 16:10 Ludlow

Dino Velvet's second to Don Bersy at Warwick in January took a boost when the winner followed up in another juvenile at Haydock last weekend, and Alan King's runner should be very competitive here as he makes his handicap debut with a useful four-year-old allowance (he also shaped as though he'd have benefited from a stronger gallop that day). Dan Skelton's Le Braye is another one having a first handicap start, and he also remains open to further improvement.

Darebin - 18:45 Kempton

Darebin has won off a mark of 117 over hurdles, and remains with scope based on that as he makes just his second start in a handicap on the Flat today. He showed much improved form in this sphere to land a maiden at Lingfield earlier in the month, pulling well clear of the field with the second Remember The Man (who is unexposed himself), and should be capable of defying this sort of mark now back handicapping. Obboorr is now below his last winning mark and could be a danger.

Timeform UK SmartPlays:

Win back Skipthecuddles in the 15:15 at Doncaster
Win back Dino Velvet in the 16:10 at Ludlow
Win back Darebin in the 18:45 at Kempton
