Timeform pick out three bets from Wednesday's UK racing.
"Monday Club needs forgiving a lesser effort at Bath recently, but he should be priced accordingly..."
Where Next - Bath 18:20
This is a competitive handicap, featuring more three-year-olds than older horses, but Where Next has improved with every run in maidens this year and looks the type to go on progressing now entering handicaps, so could be the answer. Where Next has run over seven furlongs on his last two starts and is dropping to five and a half furlongs here, but he pulled hard on his second outing and again showed plenty of pace last time, while he's be a known speed source in Compton Place. The Henry Candy are among the winners, too.
Limonata - Bath 20:20
The Candy stable could double up in the closing mile-and-a-quarter handicap for three-year-olds as Limato's half-sister Limonata has been hiding her light under a bushel in maidens and could really bloom now tackling handicaps, starting off a mark of 64. Limonata caught the eye when sixth of 13 to Laugh Aloud at Windsor last time, not getting a clear run three furlongs out and not unduly punished thereafter, and she should be suited by this step in trip given her dam (by Singspiel) won over the same distance.
Monday Club - Kempton 21:10
Monday Club needs forgiving a lesser effort at Bath recently, but he should be priced accordingly, and a repeat of his previous second at that track would see him firmly in the mix in this modest race. Application of blinkers may well help too (he's worn a hood on his last three starts and was also tried in cheekpieces last year), while he's well drawn in stall 4 and should get a fair pace to aim at with Mr Lando and Tingo In The Tale in the field.
