Timeform's SmartPlays team pick out three bets from Newmarket and Cheltenham on Wednesday.
Akeed Champion - 13:45 Newmarket
Akeed Champion couldn't justify strong market support at York when last seen, but is clearly well regarded and is worth another chance to confirm the promise of his Ascot debut second. Hakam also looked a good prospect when just denied on his Lingfield debut and is a big threat, while Acaster Malbis promises to be suited by the drop back to 7f.
The Warrior - 14:55 Newmarket
Recent Curragh maiden winner The Warrior might have a slight fitness edge over his reappearing rivals and can become the first of what are likely to be many winners for the Aidan O'Brien/Ryan Moore combination in Britain in 2015. Encore d'Or looked a useful prospect when an impressive winner on AW last autumn, while Bossy Guest was placed in similar events here on his final 2 starts last year.
Long house Hall - 15:15 Cheltenham
Long house Hall had plenty in hand when making a winning return for new connections at Market Rasen last Monday and is well treated under a penalty if this doesn't come too soon. Tistory's chase career has been aborted for now but his opening mark looks a fair one and needs considering back from a break, while improving young hurdlers Ozzy Thomas and Greybougg also come into the mix.
