Timeform pick out three bets from Newmarket and Perth on Thursday...

"The form of that Newbury contest is beginning to work out well (third and fourth both winners since)..."

Moonday Sun - Perth 14:10

Moonday Sun opened his account over hurdles with a dominant success at Bangor last month and produced the best effort of his short career to date when following up on his handicap debut at Worcester just 11 days later. He made a mistake at the second-last that day, but had recovered sufficiently to lead over the final flight and quickly asserted his dominance when asked for his effort in the closing stages. He remains open to more improvement after just four starts in this sphere and this formerly useful performer on the Flat is taken to defy a 6 lb hike in the weights here, with Jet Master feared most of the remainder.

Escobar - Newmarket 15:40

Escobar produced a useful level of form when successful on his most recent outing in the listed Washington Singer Stakes at Newbury, confirming the promise of his debut victory on the July Course and giving the impression there would be more to come from him once stepped into this grade. The form of that Newbury contest is beginning to work out well (third and fourth both winners since) and - 2 lb clear of his nearest rival on Timeform ratings - Escobar is expected to see off the attentions of Irish raider Whitecliffsofdover and can take this Group 3 prize en route to bigger and better things for trainer Hugo Palmer.

She Is No Lady - Newmarket 16:15

She Is No Lady failed to meet market expectations when well-beaten in the Ebor Handicap at York last month, but wasn't given a hard time once it became clear her chance had gone and deserves another chance to confirm the promise of her previous second at Sandown. She proved better than ever when stepped up to two miles for the first time that day and, although Fun Mac is an obvious danger having bounced back to form with a comfortable success at Salisbury last time, She Is No Lady remains relatively unexposed for a four-year-old after just 12 starts and can gain some valuable black type with victory in this listed contest.
