Timeform pick out their three best bets for the action from Exeter, Lingfield and Warwick on Friday...
"He deserves a chance in this better grade..."
Pemba - 14:50 Exeter
Pemba faces her stiffest task to date here, but she should be able to make her first start in a handicap a winning one. She won the way her prohibitive odds entitled her to last time, but the way she came clear between the final two flights was still impressive, and the weight-for-age allowance she gets from her rivals here could prove decisive. She is preferred to Hannah's Princess, whose best form has come on better ground than she will encounter on Friday, but deserves respect for the in-form Warren Greatrex yard.
Clement - 15:35 Lingfield
Clement was impressive when completing the hat-trick over this course and distance, and remains one to follow while in his current mood. He has risen 28 lb in the handicap since Georgia Cox took over in the saddle and having put up a career-best effort last time, he deserves a chance in this better grade. Until Midnight can be the one to take advantage should Clement be unable to find the necessary improvement.
Minella Reception - 15:45 Warwick
Minella Reception is still unexposed over fences after just three starts and is worth another chance here, considering he fell whilst still travelling well on his seasonal debut at Haydock, then shaped better than the bare result last time at Ascot, after being asked to make his challenge from further back than ideal in a race where the first three home all raced prominently. He can gain a second win over fences here, at the chief expense of Deep Trouble, who was in the process of running a good race before unseating his rider at Market Rasen on Sunday.
