Timeform pick out three bets from Bellewstown on Wednesday.
"A repeat of that effort here - with the visor still in place - would probably be enough for her to get off the mark"
Accalia - 17:30 Bellewstown
Accalia is yet to oblige in eight starts, which will be off-putting for some, but she did produce her best effort to date (by some margin) in a first-time visor at Naas last time when losing out by just a nose to Peacehaven. A repeat of that effort here - with the visor still in place - would probably be enough for her to get off the mark, with the likes of A Likely Story (currently second favourite) going the wrong way at present.
Romanesque - 18:30 Bellewstown
Romanesque looked a tad unlucky not to remain unbeaten on his second start at Leopardstown last time, having seemingly done enough when hitting the front in the final furlong only to be gunned down in the shadows of the post by one delivered fast and late. The one-furlong shorter trip here will be no bad thing, and he remains open to further improvement on what is just his third start. The obvious danger is Radanpour, who won a listed race at Leopardstown last season but has been unable to match that sort of level since and was well below form at Limerick last time.
Tarazani - 19:00 Bellewstown
The maiden that Tarazani finished third in at Cork in March has worked out particularly well, with the subsequent winners featured in the first four home including dual Derby winner Harzand, Queen's Vase winner Sword Fighter, and Quatari Hunter - who notched up a four-timer in handicaps. His opening handicap mark of 78 looked lenient on the back of that, and Tarazani ran out a cosy winner of a handicap at the Galway Festival last month. An 11 lb rise in the weights commands further progress, but he is lightly raced and progressive, so should have more to offer.
