Timeform pick out three bets from Naas on Sunday.
"Aridity remains open to improvement on his handicap debut and has been handed a workable mark based on the way that form has worked out."
Aclaim - 16:15 Naas
Washington DC is the one to beat here after getting back on track in a listed race at Navan last time, but the value could be with British raider Aclaim, who won his second start at Newmarket last time with an impressive last-to-first sweep under hand riding and was value for more than the length and a half winning margin. He looked to have the potential to be better than a handicapper one day and is worth chancing as he steps up in class.
Aridity - 16:45 Naas
This might be between Aridity and Niven. The latter conceded first run last time at Tipperary and looked a shade unlucky not to peg back the half-length winner, but the former's third in a Gowran maiden looks eye-catching on paper, with the race producing many subsequent winners including Ballysax Stakes winner Harzand, who was back in fifth, and 2000 Guineas Trial winner Black Sea, who was fourth. Aridity remains open to improvement on his handicap debut and has been handed a workable mark based on the way that form has worked out.
Golden Raven - 17:15 Naas
This is an open race but it is hard to ignore the claims of Golden Raven, who progressed with every start last season and won a useful handicap at Dundalk on his final start in October. He is the sort to find more improvement as a four-year-old and having been nudged up just 1 lb in the weights from his last success, he should put in a bold bid for the hat-trick. Unyielding is fairly well established in this sphere but did get off the mark at Limerick last time despite being poorly drawn.
