Timeform pick out three bets from Limerick on Saturday.

Apache Gold - Limerick 14:50

Apache Gold is winless from his last 12 starts and was behind Count of Carabass and William Ashford at this track five days ago, but he meets those rivals on better terms now and can come out on top this time. John Walsh's eight-year-old has also run well on his previous start when sixth of 27 to Doonard Prince at the Curragh, in between two next-time-out winners, and he should by suited by this step back up to seven furlongs given he stays an extended mile.

Future Frontier - Limerick 15:25

The vote in this mile handicap goes to Future Frontier, who was adrift of the re-opposing Duck Egg Blue and See Haar at Naas last month, but he fared best of those held up on that occasion and the forecast slower surface here will be in his favour. He was back up to this trip in that race, when he also went without headgear, and confirmed the form of his previous two efforts as he was fourth of 18 to Olympic Legend. Future Frontier left the impression he should have finished closer still and can get off the mark here.

Against The Breeze - Limerick 16:30

Another maiden who can break its duck is Against The Breeze who possibly got stuck in the mud over C&D last time and is worth another chance to confirm the promise of her previous second of 15 to Papal Parade at the Curragh. This J. P. McManus-owned filly has taken a while to find her feet, but she has hopefully found her groove now and can win at reasonable odds this afternoon.
