Timeform pick out three bets from the Curragh on Friday evening.
"...that race could hardly have worked out better, with the winner a good third in last week's Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot..."
Bean Feasa - Curragh 17:30
Bean Feasa showed fairly useful form when second on her racecourse debut at Naas in April and that race could hardly have worked out better, with the winner a good third in last week's Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot. A half-sister to the high-class Teofilo, Bean Feasa sets the standard on Timeform ratings here and - likely to improve with that experience under her belt - is expected to prove too strong for Rehana.
Arya Tara - Curragh 19:00
Arya Tara opened her account at the fourth time of asking at Tipperary last time, staying on to lead as the field entered the final furlong and forging clear in some style. That doesn't look the strongest form in the context of this race, but she remains capable of better at this longer trip and - in against some far more exposed rivals here - Arya Tara is fancied to follow up with a defeat of stablemate Udogo.
Qatari Hunter - Curragh 20:00
Qatari Hunter registered his second victory in three days at Gowran Park recently, overcoming a 5 lb penalty for his earlier win at this venue and doing well to pull clear in what was a slowly-run affair. He has a further 10 lb hike in the weights to contend with here, but remains one to keep onside in his current mood and Qatari Hunter is fancied to get the better of The Major General in receipt of 11 lb.
