Timeform pick out their three best bets from Dundalk on Friday.
Specific Gravity - Dundalk 17:30
Special Gravity may be nine now but he's arguably in the form of his life having won two of his last seven starts and finished in the frame on another five of them. He conceded first run when a half-length second of 14 to Mainicin in a handicap over C&D last time and could be set for a fourth C&D success. Song of Love was just behind Special Gravity in that race won by Mainicin and is his biggest danger.
Opt Out - Dundalk 18:30
Opt Out has spent most of his career in Britain, winning eight times, but he could get off the mark in Ireland in this handicap given he hasn't been seen to best effect around here on all three starts for the Johnny Levins yard. He could be worth chancing having been eased another 5 lb since his run last week. Three Majors and Easy Boy complete the shortlist.
More Kudos - Dundalk 20:00
Another horse formerly trained in Britain is More Kudos, who lost his maiden status at the twelfth attempt when winning a six-furlong handicap here in November. More Kudos ran respectably on his return from seven weeks off recently, again at this track, and back at this trip he may well be the answer in a pretty ordinary contest. Oor Jock and Red All Star may well emerge as the chief threats.
