Tennesse Waltz - Dundalk 18:30

Tennesse Waltz stayed on strongly to belatedly shed his maiden tag at this venue three weeks ago and doesn't appear too harshly treated from just 2 lb higher in the weights here. Indeed, that form gives him the edge over all bar Chicago Fire on Timeform ratings and Tennesse Waltz should prove extremely difficult to beat if arriving in the same mood, with Purple Party also expected to be thereabouts in an open race.

Ligeti - Dundalk 19:00

Ligeti caught the eye when seventh on his handicap/all-weather debut over this C&D four weeks ago, forced to deliver his challenge from further back than ideal after missing the break and ultimately doing extremely well to be beaten just three and a half lengths. He certainly showed enough to suggest he is up to winning a race of this nature and is taken to open his account with a defeat of the consistent Society Ranger.

Sweetasever - Dundalk 19:30

Sweetasever ran as well as ever and looked unlucky not to finish closer when third on his most recent outing over this C&D three weeks ago. He endured trouble in-running as the field entered the final furlong and gave the impression he would have benefited from a stronger gallop. Sweetasever appears on a good mark on that evidence and can regain the winning thread, with Sheisdiesel fancied to give the selection most to do.
