Timeform's Billy Nash gives you three recommendations for racing in Ireland on Tuesday...

Listowel 6:30 - Win and Place Back - Anamundi

The Celebration Handicap, like all 47-65 contests, is not a race to be going overboard about, if you ran it ten times you would get ten different results, but Anamundi has plenty in her favour and has a decent shout of at least getting placed. She finished just over 5 lengths behind American Princess at Clonmel last time but is 6 lb better off with that rival and this shorter trip will suit the selection as she didn't quite seem to last out 10f that day. Her best run last season came on heavy ground and she shouldn't have any excuses from stall 7.

Listowel 7:00 - Win Lay - Killowenabbey

Killowenabbey is probably capable of winning an ordinary maiden hurdle but he is vulnerable to anything remotely above average and is worth laying for a win, at what look sure to be cramped odds. His second to Noble Prince at Gowran reads very well in the context of this race but, apart from the winner, that race hasn't worked out well. This isn't a strong race either but Theglenbeighdancer would have to give weight to Killowenabbey if they met in a handicap and Marathon Leader is open to improvement at this trip.

Listowel 8:30 - Win Back - Magen's Star

Listowel definitely saves the best until last as the concluding race on the card is by far the most interesting contest of the day. Followmyfootsteps and Alexander Castle were both considered good enough to contest classics in their younger days and, obviously, will warrant plenty of respect but there has to be a doubt about them staying this trip and they should be taken on with Magen's Star, who won pulling a proverbial train at the Curragh last time. Tommy Stack's filly has gone up a whopping 19 lb for that victory so it seems logical that connections have decided to come here rather than go for another handicap. She has only run four times, so is still open to improvement, and has no worries with regards to trip or ground.
