Timeform pick out three bets from Dubai World Cup day at Meydan.
Ertijaal has won five of his six starts here since switching to sprints, his only defeat coming when a fine second in this last year, and he looked outstanding in the Meydan Sprint last time. The extra furlong isn't an obvious plus for one with so much speed, but he's ideally drawn and can make a bold bid. Limato is a huge danger if ready on return, while Jungle Cat and Amazing Kids can fight out the places.
Zarak was often overshadowed by Almanzor last year in France, though was most impressive when winning here last month and he can enhance a fine record at Meydan for his yard. Ribchester showed high-class form as a three-year-old, so is a big player if ready to roll on return and seeing out the longer trip, while Decorated Knight and Mutakayyef add plenty to a really competitive renewal.
Highland Reel was only fourth in this last year, but thrived on a busy campaign after, which included a pair of Group 1 wins and some fine placed efforts to go with it. He should be able to dominate and is a big danger if so. Postponed bids to retain his crown and sets the standard, while Prize Money got a fine ride when beating him in the trial, but should go well again.
