Timeform on August Duke
Tudor Manor is improving all the time, taking his form to a new level when finishing runner-up at Turffontein four days ago and, he looks well up to winning a race of this nature provided this doesn't come too soon. Peking Tyson is of a similar ilk and looks next best on form.
August Duke hasn't won for a while, and has generally been out of form this year, but from a handicapping perspective he is hard to ignore. He is worth chancing to bounce back to winning ways after a break, with Cannes and Tour of Duty feared most.
Mambo Symphony continues in fine form, finishing a good second over a mile here last week, and the drop back in trip could work the oracle here. Count Tassilo is the big danger on form, though hasn't been at his best recently, so Dan The Lad is feared most.
