Nick Shiambouros hopes to end his current stint in the tipping chair with a couple of winners from Lingfield and Chelmsford...
"Trainer Jeremy Noseda has an excellent strike rate with his two-year-olds on the AW ,and this well related filly should go close"
Attainment can upset the short priced favourite in this novice stakes.
This colt finished third to House Of Kings in a similar event at Leicester last month. He attempted to make all, but was collared a furlong from home and faded in the closing stages. On his previous start he finished down the field behind the talented Jash, who went on to fill the runner-up position in the Middle Park. I think he sets a decent standard, and is fairly priced at [4.3] on the exchange.
Debutant Silent Hunter heads the market at [2.48] on the exchange. This Dutch Art colt is out of Yellow Rosebud who won on debut, and was successful in a Group 3 in Ireland. He has the pedigree to win at first asking, but is priced accordingly.
Noseda filly to graduate
Quasar is my idea of the winner of this interesting race.
This filly by Kentucky Derby winner Orb was an expensive yearling purchase at Fasig Tipton last August. She created a favourable impression on debut at Yarmouth when finishing fourth to Excelled. She got the hang of things in the closing stages and finished the race willingly. Trainer Jeremy Noseda has an excellent strike rate with his two-year-olds on the AW, and this well related filly should go close. At present she is trading at [5.2] on the exchange.
Sir Michael Stoute sends out Accommodate who is the current favourite at [4.1] on the exchange. She has run creditably in both starts, but her price is a little thin in my opinion.
