"Showed plenty when third on debut at Bangor and sets a clear standard on that effort..."

12.55 Premier Thoroughbred Racing Juvenile Hurdle (4) 2m

Timeform Top Rated:
133p 5. MISTER CHOW Gary Moore Joshua Moore
132p 6. NIGHT OF GLORY Andrew Balding Paddy Brennan
131p 2. FALCON SUN Dan Skelton Harry Skelton

Analyst's Verdict:
Night of Glory has been successful on the Flat since an encouraging start over hurdles at Sandown in December and can strike at the second time of asking in this sphere, but there are a few dangers in what looks a decent race. Mister Chow showed promise on his sole start in this sphere and should go well, while Falcon Sun and Fields of Fortune are others who likely have more to offer.

1.25 British Stallion Studs EBF Mares' 'National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle (4) 2m5f

Timeform Top Rated:
135p 4. SENSULANO Noel Williams Wayne Hutchinson
134 1. MOLLY THE DOLLY Dan Skelton Harry Skelton
102 2. DARK ASTER Richard Mitford-Slade Micheal Nolan

Analyst's Verdict:
Molly The Dolly came up short in listed company at Haydock last time but is expected to be hard to beat back at the scene of her impressive hurdle debut success. Sensulano made a promising start over timber when runner-up here last month and is the obvious one to give Dan Skelton's mare most to do.

2.00 Whitson Bloodstock Olly Murphy Racing Handicap Chase (4) 3m1f100y

Timeform Top Rated:
134x 4. YANMARE Nigel Twiston-Davies Jamie Bargary (3)
132? 8. TALK OF THE SOUTH Paul Henderson Tom O'Brien
132§ 2. MILLICENT SILVER Nigel Twiston-Davies Sam Twiston-Davies

Analyst's Verdict:
The Artful Cobbler has room for improvement in his jumping, but showed a good attitude when scoring at Ludlow last time and is taken to follow up here. Whisky Chaser seemingly failed to stay a longer trip at Haydock last time and could prove dangerous, whilst Exeter-winner Yanmare also has to come into the equation.

2.35 Racing UK Free For A Month Handicap Hurdle (3) 3¼m

Timeform Top Rated:
149p 9. ITSNONOFURBUSINESS Dan Skelton Harry Skelton
148 2. CRUCIAL ROLE Henry Daly Richard Johnson
147 8. ALLTHEGEAR NO IDEA Nigel Twiston-Davies Sam Twiston-Davies

Analyst's Verdict:
Itsnonofurbusiness looked a different proposition when stepped up in trip on handicap bow at Market Rasen last week, winning with plenty in hand, and is fancied to follow up under his penalty. Crucial Role also arrives on the back of a comfortable handicap victory and rates the principal danger, whilst Allthegear No Idea is also respected on his return to hurdling.

3.10 Willoughby de Broke Open Hunters' Chase (6) 3m

Timeform Top Rated:
128§ 5. MON PARRAIN Mrs Kim Smyly Miss P. Fuller
127? 2. BIVOUAC J. P. Owen Mr Jonathan Bailey (3)
122+ 3. GLINT OF STEEL Mrs Cynthia Woods Mr Charlie Marshall (7)

Analyst's Verdict:
Mon Parrain ran well in a point last month and this very useful ex-Paul Nicholls inmate might be up to striking for his new stable. Bivouac has been a shade disappointing in points recently but is still much respected on the level he was capable of under Rules for his previous yard, while prolific point winner Grandturgeon is also interesting on his hunter debut.

3.45 HM Equine Insurance Intermediate Open National Hunt Flat (5) 2m

Timeform Top Rated:
114 3. NOT NORMAL Emma Lavelle Nick Scholfield
107 2. NO GETAWAY Dan Skelton Harry Skelton
106 6. SPRINGCOMBE JOE Bill Turner Thomas Greatrex (7)

Analyst's Verdict:
Not Normal showed plenty when third on debut at Bangor and sets a clear standard on that effort. Granard looks a likely type and is another to consider along with No Getaway, who also showed quite a bit first-time out.
