"I think he has a bright future, and is open to significant improvement"

Back Legends Of War in the 16:25 at Newmarket

Wells to go Farhh

13:50 Newmarket - Wells Farhh Go

I am going to give Wells Farhh Go another chance in this interesting contest. This colt finished a creditable sixth to Old Persian in the King Edward VII at Royal Ascot last month. He kept on well in the closing stages, and finished the race with good energy. He was a talented two-year-old, but has yet to make a real impact this term. The extra distance will help, and should bring about improvement. At present he is trading at [9.2] on the exchange which is more than fair.

Loxley merits consideration. This lightly raced individual was impressive when beating Raymond Tusk over this course last month. He clearly has more to offer, and has scope for further improvement. At present he is trading at [4.8] on the exchange.

War to dominate

14:25 Newmarket - Legends Of War

Legends Of War should go very close in this fascinating contest.

This expensive breeze-up purchase was most impressive on debut when beating San Donato at Yarmouth in May. He took the lead a furlong from home and pulled clear to win with any amount in hand. I think he has a bright future, and is open to significant improvement. At present he is trading at [3.35] on the exchange.

Advertise is the short priced favourite at [2.56] on the exchange. He finished an excellent second to the highly regarded Calyx in the Coventry at Royal Ascot last month. He deserves his position at the head of the market and is the main danger to the selection.
