Timeform take you through the card at Wolverhampton on Saturday evening.
17:45 - GABRIAL THE THUG (11) returned to something like his best form when successful over this C&D 19 days ago, staying on strongly to lead in the final furlong and always doing enough to hold the challenge of the unexposed runner-up. He remains potentially very well-treated on pieces of old form and this quirky sort should prove extremely difficult to beat if arriving in the same mood as last time.
18:15 - MAGIC CITY (5) is consistent and ran his usual sound race when third on his most recent outing at Chelmsford. He ultimately did extremely well to finish as close as he did that day (not ideally placed after a slow start) and, although he is without a win since November 2014, Magic City looks sure to be thereabouts from the same mark here and makes most appeal with the Placepot in mind.
18:45 - PEACHEY CARNEHAN (1) was a comfortable winner of his penultimate outing over this C&D and ran to a similar level in defeat when third at Lingfield last time. That form leaves him 4 lb clear of his nearest rival on Timeform ratings here and Peachey Carnehan rates by far the most solid proposition in this third leg of the Placepot, with Joyful Dream feared most of the remainder.
19:15 - BIG COUNTRY (3) showed a fairly useful level of form for previous connections in Ireland and should be more at home over a shorter trip than when fifth at Navan in October. The Michael Appleby yard has done well with similar recruits in the past and, while a four month absence from the track is a slight concern, Big Country sets the standard on form and can get off the mark in what doesn't look the strongest race of its kind.
19:45 - HEART LOCKET (7) wasn't seen to best effect when fifth on her most recent outing at Lingfield, simply keeping on at the one pace in the closing stages and leaving the impression she would have appreciated a stiffer test of stamina. She is better-judged on the form of her Newcastle victory in November and looks sure to be involved from the same mark here, with Paddys Runner an obvious danger.
20:15 - SUITSUS (7) produced his best effort for a while when third at Lingfield four weeks ago, travelling smoothly into contention on the home turn and keeping on well to be beaten less than a length. He clearly hasn't been the most straightforward to train, but it is encouraging that he is out again so soon after that latest outing and he can resume winning ways if building on that here.
20:45 - ROYAL BLESSING (8) was a decisive winner of his most recent outing over this C&D and would appear to hold sound claims from 8 lb higher in the weights here, with Monna Valley likely to give the selection most to do.
