13:55 - Sofia's Rock is a full brother to three winners including the high-class Prince Gibraltar (seventh in two Arcs and won a Group 1 in Germany), and hails from a yard who are having another excellent season with their juveniles, so has plenty going for him in the opener. Kings Gift is also bred to be sharp, and could also be worth including for a yard who saddled their first juvenile winner late last month.
14:30 - Exclusive Diamond is an interesting contender here, dropping back in trip from 10f, which he didn't quite seem to see out last time at Newcastle after racing freely. He finished second to a subsequent winner prior to that, and with it still being early days for his excellent new yard, he may well have some more improvement left in him, being lightly raced, after all. This looks a good opportunity to get off the mark.
15:00 - Ronya won this race from 1 lb higher last year and looks to hold an obvious chance after two good thirds in higher grades than this at Doncaster and at this track over 10f last time. The other confirmed pace setter Outlaw Thorn is drawn wider than her and Ronya should be able to get a good position early on.
15:35 - Dyllan arrives here in good form after a third over 6f at Ripon, but prior to that he was only fifth over C&D. It could be that he still needed his second start for his new yard then, but he is probably worth taking on in a tight race as favourite. Bond Bombshell was second over C&D here last month and looks set to run well from just 2 lb higher in the weights, and he is worth including to get in the places again upped slightly in grade.
16:10 - Captain Felix was flattered by his proximity to an idling winner in a seller at Lingfield last time, but he got back to form nonetheless, and should be capable of getting into the places back on turf here. Sophisticated Heir drops in to this company after some creditable efforts in handicaps with blinkers fitted, and is also worth including.
16:45 - Free Zone won readily under a hands-and-heels ride at Hamilton eight days ago and should be competitive once again despite a 5 lb higher mark and contesting a better race here. It could also be worth including Mappin Time, who is well handicapped on both his all-weather mark (which is in the 90s) and some of his turf form from last season, which saw him finish second here over 5f from an 11 lb lower mark.
17:20 - Barwah was thriving prior to being poorly place and finishing down the field at Ripon last time, and is perhaps worth another chance given that he produced a career-best effort at Beverley prior to that. He looks a better pick at the weights compared to favourite Cabal, who is under a 6 lb penalty for her win at Thirsk last time and hasn't won off a mark in the 70s since her three-year-old days (she is now 9).
17:50 - Ingleby Hollow is two-from-two since being fitted with cheekpieces and with the potential for another easy time of things upfront here, has an obvious chance of bringing up the hat-trick, though he is priced accordingly.
