13:00 - Testing conditions are an unknown for many of these young horses, and it would not be a huge surprise to see an upset. That said, the two clear on adjusted Timeform ratings are GROUNDUNDERREPAIR (4), who was still green at Doncaster last time but did post a good second to Cloudy Dream on debut prior to that, and RADICAL ARCHIE (7), who is bred to stay well and ran a good fourth at Punchestown on debut before switching to Evan Williams.

13:30 - A Ffos Las bumper winner on heavy ground, these conditions today should hold no fears for PRIME VENTURE (2), who is taken to defy a penalty for his win at Sedgefield earlier this month.

14:05 - REMEMBER FOREVER (10) bumped into one here last time and although conditions here are set to be much different today (good to firm that day) he looks on a workable mark and should have a low-grade race of this type in him at some stage. ARQUEBUSIER (4) was progressive last season over hurdles could have more to offer yet after a summer break.

14:35 - Earls Fort is unproven in these conditions and could be vulnerable under a penalty for his last success as he goes in search of a four-timer here. BILLY NO NAME (1) takes a drop in grade here following two below-par runs and could come on for his reappearance, and is worth including along with the unexposed HUGHESIE (4) who makes his seasonal return with his yard in excellent form.

15:10 - MINELLA ON LINE (4) looked to have been rejuvenated for the switch to Oliver Sherwood and remains well treated on his old form under a 7 lb penalty for that easy win last time. He was not the most reliable horse for his former yard, however, and it wouldn't be a major shock for him to be below form this time. With that in mind it could also be worth including KAP JAZZ (6) as well. Kap Jazz plugged on for second at Huntingdon on his only start over fences to date, and shaped as though he may benefit from more of a test, which he should get here.

15:45 - The obvious one is ODELLO (7), who won what looked a reasonable mares bumper on debut at Warwick last time, and is bred to be suited by this sort of trip.

Placepot permutation:

13:00 - 4, 7
13:30 - 2
14:05 - 4, 10
14:35 - 1, 4
15:10 - 4, 6
15:45 - 7
