Timeform take you through the card at Kempton on Wednesday evening.
17:40 - Zebelini (4) is on a lengthy losing run, but she's very well weighted nowadays (has been placed off 11 lb higher) and is well drawn in stall 3 to adopt her customary forcing tactics, so could be the answer under recent Group 1-winning jockey Joe Fanning. Nidnod (6) is a definite player back on her correct mark after excelling herself at Salisbury and is probably also worth taking in the Placepot.
18:10 - An open first division of the two-year-old fillies' maiden now that the favourite Considered Opinion has come out. The new market leader is James Fanshawe's Magical Dreamer who did show ability when fourth at Newmarket on her debut. However, she also looked a difficult ride at stages (flashed tail) and has been off for almost three months since. She may be worth taking on in the Placepot with a couple of well-bred newcomers representing leading connections, namely Circulate (3)and Dommyah (6).
18:40 - The second division isn't much easier, and consequently probably not a race to get heavily involved in. Dubai One (5) only just failed to justify heavy support over C&D (beaten by colt Hilario) on her debut four weeks ago and can make amends with that experience under her belt. She sets a good standard, one which the likes of chief threat Panova and Alwafaa will have to meet. Money for debutantes Bombay Dream and Tundra (especially after their respective yards' newcomers have run in the first division) would look significant.
19:10 - Very tricky stuff, with only The Secrets Out ruled out among the four runners. Euginio is both Timeform top rated and favourite, but the better call for Placepot purposes (only the winner takes us through) could be to take him on with Jackhammer (2), whose debut form has worked out well and has George Baker back on board for the first time since, and Total Star (3), who was dropped into Group 3 company last time and has Ryan Moore on for the first time.
19:40 - Several of these juveniles have more to offer now handicapping, but we could do with a a banker, so with two places on offer, we'll rely on Godolphin's Timeless Flight (2) who built on his debut when winning at York and certainly possesses the physical scope to keep going forward. Tafaakhor and Glorious Artist can follow him home.
20:10 - An open race to finish the Placepot, highlighted by the fact that Charlies Mate, who has been beaten off lower marks on his last nine starts, is both Timeform top rated and favourite. Being reunited with George Baker (previous form figures of 12 on the gelding) will help Charlies Mate, but he doesn't represent much value now at around 3.55/2. Dune Dancer (13) was unable to justify short-priced favouritism in a steadily-run race here last time but remains with potential with headgear now called for, while the returning Mohatem (5) and Ladurelli (3) are a couple of others for the shortlist; let's take those three in the Placepot and hope for the best.
20:40 - The best race for a win bet (or two) is the 11-furlong handicap, with three-year-old Iballisticvin fancied to go one better than his previous start over C&D from the foot of the weights. Jim Crowley taking over in his saddle is a big positive. That said, it may also be worth having a saver on Whitstable Pearl, who looks a massive price at around 21.020/1 given she wasn't seen to best effect over further at Chelmsford last time (slowly away and met trouble). Her yard continue in form and the booking of good-value 3 lb claimer Ed Greatrex catches the eye.
21:10 - Capolavoro wasted no time getting back to form when runner-up over C&D on his latest start, and his prominent style of racing ought to serve him well once more in this line up. Athletic isn't the easiest to predict but will appreciate the drop to 0-65 company and merits respect, whilst Bridge Builder and three-year-old Marcle are others to consider.
