Timeform take you through the card at Chelmsford on Thursday.
16:40 - Though she finds herself in a more competitive race this time, a 3 lb rise for GERALDINE's (11) win at Kempton last time (which was fairly cosy in the end) looks fair, and she is expected to be on the premises once again here. IMPASSIONED (8) has been bought along steadily so far and could yet have more to offer after a good second at Wolverhampton last time.
17:15 - TIME TO STUDY (2) didn't look the finished article when second at Lingfield last time (unable to match the winner's turn of foot in a steadily run affair) and could have more to offer. Joe Fanning may make the running with him (made all to win on debut) and he could be hard to peg back.
17:50 - A tricky race to assess (like many in this grade) but LINKS DRIVE LADY (6) ran one of her better races when second at Newbury last time and should be up to winning this if reproducing the same sort of form. FREE ZONE (5) failed to see out seven furlongs here last time and will be more at home back at this trip on his first start for Lee Carter.
18:25 - SUPERSTA (5) was a revelation for Mick Appleby last season, winning six times, including four times at this track, and provided he is ready to go on his seasonal reappearance, should be in the mix again. HE'S NO SAINT (9) was seen to good effect from the front here last time, and with similar tactics likely to be employed again here, he could make the places again despite being upped in grade.
19:00 - CURZION LINE (9) will need some luck from stall 13 but looks to be in with a good chance here after making his effort earlier than ideal when finishing second over C&D a week ago. REBEL LIGHTNING (2) probably doesn't have the record that his progress (albeit at a low level) this season deserves, with his only win in 2016 coming in a seller. He looked the most likely winner for much of the way at Leicester last time, however, and is worth chancing from the same mark.
19:30 - A race where it is easy to pick wholes in a few at the top of the market, not least Hidden Gem, who has been poor on her last two starts. SYNODIC (9) travelled into his race well last time (made a big move into contention) at this track over 10 furlongs, and with this drop in trip perhaps set to suit based on how he shaped there, he is worth another chance having dropped a long way in the weights.
20:00 - Bracken Brae was in excellent heart during the first half of 2016 and has had her chances boosted significantly with both Fearless Lad and Dream Ruler pulling out here.
