Timeform pick out three bets from Scottsville on Sunday.
"...Anton Marcus can steer her home in front to land the hat-trick..."
Timeform on Val-La-Ree
Cabo Da Cruz - Scottsville 11:15
Cabo Da Cruz caught the eye when finishing fast at Greyville in his Barrier Trial, and as he looked a typical Dennis Drier sort, there is sure to be a lot more improvement to come. A son of Cape Cross out of a Clodovil mare, his breeding is a rarity for South African racing and although he will stay a lot further in time, Cabo Da Cruz should be quick enough to win over the six furlongs before moving up in trip.
Val-La-Ree - Scottsville 14:05
Val-La-Ree is impossible to knock with two wins from two starts so far, both here at Scottsville, the first over four furlongs and the latest over five, by four and three and three-quarter lengths respectively. There is no reason why an added half furlong today will be of any inconvenience, and Anton Marcus can steer her home in front to land the hat-trick here.
Traces - Scottsville 14:40
Traces has always been held in high regard at home by trainer Brett Crawford, and was thrown in to Listed class after ne prevue starts when fifth in a Kenilworth maiden. His trainers' faith was rewarded by a two and a quarter lengths success from the very useful Carlita at odds of 16/1, and with even more improvement assured after just the two starts, Traces can double up and win again this afternoon.
(All from Scottsville)
Win back #9 CABO DA CRUZ in R1 (11:15 BST)
Win back #1 VAL-LA-REE in R6 (14:05 BST)
Win back #5 TRACES in R7 (14:40 BST)
