Barra - 13:25 Wexford

Barra ended last season on a bit of a downer, but easily has the best form in this race courtesy of her second to Let's Dance in the Grade 2 mares' novice at Cheltenham, and can stamp her class on this field now returned to much calmer waters. Court Artist and Alletrix can fight it out for the minor money.

Hallmark - 15:25 Galway

This is a tight contest but at the prices Hallmark makes some appeal now back down to two miles (the trip he won over last season), having shaped well at Killarney on his penultimate start. Prospectus may prove to be his most serious rival here if he can build on his recent efforts on the Flat, while Go Darsi Go is another who could well get involved in the finish.

Oskar High - 16:00 Galway

The consistency that Oskar High shows at this level will always stand him in good stead, and having make the frame on his last five starts, he looks to have as good a chance as any for trainer Norman Lee with jockey Mark Walsh taking over for the first time. If he fails to reproduce his best then Grandma Dotty could take the lead under Paul Townend though bottom-weight Wild Desire is another who is hard to just dismiss.
